Utah County, UTAH – According to the Utah Highway Patrol, the two-vehicle crash occurred Tuesday night.
It happened on U.S. Highway 6 in Utah County.
Utah Highway Patrol troopers responded to a report of a crash.
The responding troopers discovered that a woman was traveling westbound when she tried to pass on double yellow lines around a blind corner.
The unidentified woman then hit an eastbound-moving GMC pickup truck head-on.
The truck driver sustained minor injuries, while the woman was transported via medical helicopter in serious condition.
This incident remains under investigation.
