Provo, UT – According to the police officials, the man did all with his 4-year-old daughter in the car.
Officers arrived on scene at 10600 South and I-15, around 5:40 p.m.
When they arrived on scene, they discovered that the northbound vehicle had veered into the wall on the freeway, but managed to turn around and leave the scene.
The driver then drove up the on-ramp at 10600 South, where he collided with another vehicle.
He was taken into custody and is facing charges of DUI and fleeing.
