Provo, UT – According to the statement, officials say that the business cannot take on any new clients; they must provide weekly staff schedules with daily client counts, to the Office at least three days before each workweek begins as a way to demonstrate compliance with staffing requirements; and the business must cooperate with investigating agencies.

When it comes to company policy for employees and clients in a car, policies and procedures within a company wouldn’t make a difference.

Police said an investigation is underway to determine if there will be any criminal charges, as a result of the boy’s death.
