UTAH – According to the police officials, his name is Colin Robson Younkin.
This unfortunate incident occurred on Evergreen Drive.
The railroad crossing lights were flashing and the crossing arms down at the time, officials said.
Witnesses told investigators they say an adult male that was trying to cross before the train came through.
Unfortunately, he didn’t make it.
