UTAH – According to the police officials, this unfortunate incident occurred in Spanish Fork Canyon Saturday night.
Mazda was heading eastbound on U.S. Route.
The driver crossed into the westbound lane and hit an Audi A5, head on.
The driver and the passenger of the Mazda were pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver and the passenger of the Audi were taken to a local hospital.
This incident is still under investigation.
