Park City, UT- A snowboarder collided with a moose at Park City Mountain Resort, he was taken to a hospital where he’s recovering.
The medical staff treated the male snowboarder in their base clinic, but as his condition became more complicated, he was transferred to a hospital.
Because the Park City Mountain Resort has its own medical staff, the local sheriff’s office did not have much information to provide.
Utah wildlife officers reported that they had to intervene in 13 situations where moose or other animals came too close to people.
