Adam Partridge and he was arrested by the Ogden City Police Department on May 27.

Ogden Fire Department crew responded at 692 N. Harrison Blvd.

When the crew arrived on scene, they determined the fire to be serious enough to warrant entry into the property.

Crews said they located two fires inside the bedroom and in the downstairs basement. The fires appeared to be human-caused.

Officials were able to find Partridge outside of the home’s garage. He refused to stop and ran up a flight of stairs.

While officers tried to detain him, he was able to kick two of them down the stairs and spat on another.

After he was taken into custody, the deputies found several unspent bullet casings in the house and saw a bullet hole in the living room window.

The deputies also found a phone outside the house, in the grass, with three bullet holes in it.

The 42-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of aggravated arson, felony discharge of a firearm, interference with police and three counts of assault on a police officer.
