PROVO, Utah – Chevrolet Spark struck a loose tire approximately at 5:10 p.m.
The front passenger of the vehicle was hit and was transported to the hospital in critical condition.
A second vehicle was also hit, but no injuries were reported.
Witnesses said that the tire came out of the back of a lifted full-size Chevrolet pickup truck.
