Provo, UT – According to the statement, the 42-year-old man has a long history in Park City, with regular visits during his childhood and extended family currently living in the Wasatch Back.
Dobkin always considered himself a part-time resident for the past 10 years and the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic last spring was the final push he needed to make the permanent move.
He lives in the Deer Valley.
Dobkin has previously lived and worked in New York, Los Angeles, as well as overseas, and is a partner at investment banking firm LifeSci Capital.
Dobkin was motivated to run for office after seeing the need for responsible development in Park City and smart solutions to increasing traffic problems.
Dobkin is also raising a young son and wants to make a positive impact for his future.
