WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah – According to the police officials, officers responded at the Granger Medical Clinic, 2965 W. 3500 South around 5:10 a.m. on a report that a vehicle in the parking lot had its lights on and its door open.
When the officers arrived on scene, they found Jose Zamora Guerrero dead from a gunshot wound.
West Valley City Police had not publicly named any suspects nor announced any arrests.
The investigation is ongoing.
