UTAH – According to the police officials, his name is Cesario Bartolo and he is from West Valley.
This unfortunate incident occurred right before 2 p.m. Monday.
It happened on State Route 189 near 3000 South.
GMC pickup crossed the two-way center turn lane, side-swiped a Ford pickup and hit a Volvo SUV head on.
Police say the 49-year-old driver of the GMC pickup was pronounced dead on the scene.
Five other people suffered non life-threatening injuries.
