Ladies and gentlemen, arrest warrants are issued for a mother and her boyfriend who murdered her 2-year-old boy. Prosecutres say both suspect have been on the run since they were indicted last week for murder.

Warrants for first-degree murder and child abuse had been issued for the mother and her 30-year-old boyfriend, after the couple was indicted by a grand jury for the June 2020 death of her 2-year-old son. Both warrants include provisions for nationwide extradition and a bond of $1 million for each suspect.

Officers responded at the boyfriend’s, Daniel Foster, apartment on the morning of June 3, 2020 concerning a child who was not breathing. The responding officers found the 2-year-old boy, Kenny Gamble, unresponsive and he was taken to a hospital, where he was put on life support.

The suspect was in the apartment with another child and told police that he was watching the children while the mother of the boy, Alysha Hop, was out shopping.

The child was pronounced dead three days after arriving at the hospital. An autopsy determined that the 2-year-old boy died by blunt force trauma to the head. Prosecutors say that ‘the toddler had sustained 15 purple colored contusions consistent with bruising, four of which were located on the boy’s head.’
