Weber County, Utah — The officials have released the names of both victims.
The victims have been identified as 26-year-old Devin Criddle, of Draper and 21-year-old Braeden Raleigh, of Salt Lake City.
According to the police officials, one of the victims, who initially survived the crash, died later in the hospital.
