Provo, UT – The effort to vaccinate Utahns against COVID-19 is shifting away from mass vaccination sites.
Vaccines are being made more widely available in doctor’s offices, pharmacies and temporary walk-up clinics set up in businesses, churches, communities and soon, at summer festivals.
Gov. Cox lauded the new federal guidelines that no longer recommend Americans wear a mask to stop the spread of COVID-19 after being fully vaccinated, saying the move is healthy for our souls and it’s healthy for our country.
The new guidelines say fully vaccinated Americans can resume activities that you did prior to the pandemic, including indoors, without wearing a mask or social distancing unless federal, state or local authorities, or private businesses, say otherwise.
