PROVO, Utah – Art museums, art classes and other facilities may be closed right now, but that needn’t stop locals from creating art. That is the idea behind the free art kits that are being put together and given away by the Neighborhood Art Center in Provo.
The center, a nonprofit organization that normally serves as a space where children and families can visit to create artworks, has been closed since the end of March.
