SALT LAKE CITY, Utah — The man who was killed in a car crash at 400 S. Redwood Road on March 31 has been identified by Salt Lake City police. The man was identified as 22-year-old Eleazar Perez Olan. He was a passenger in a small car that was hit by an SUV, police say.
