Police arrested a woman who police say stole a vehicle from a Utah dealership using fraudulent identification

SARATOGA SPRINGS – According to the police officials, her name is Heather Woodward and she is accused of using a false ID to purchase a 2021 Nissan from Ken Garff Nissan.

Investigators were able to find the car around the Mt. View Corridor area. 

Woodward admitted to purchasing the car using fake credentials, including her name, date of birth, social security number, address and phone number.

While she was sitting on the curb, she allegedly pulled up some grass and attempted to stick a plastic bag under the sod. The officers found the bag and identified the substance inside as Cocaine.

She was arrested on potential charges of failure to stop at a sign, driving on a denied license, no insurance for a motor vehicle, forgery, fraudulent or false ID, possession of a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia and obstruction of justice.
