UTAH – According to the police officials, his name is Henry Ricky Sepulveda and police say he stole an unmarked yellow box truck containing 11 totes of medications from the Huntsman Mental Health Institute.
This unfortunate incident occurred at the parking lot around 9:10 a.m. Saturday.
The suspect is described as being 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing 160 pounds.
This incident is under investigation.
