Ladies and gentlemen, the giveaway will be in September and if you are interested in receiving a tree and have not received one in the last two years from this program, please go to https://www.renewchoice.com/natureshade-2/ to fill out the form.
Once 500 applications are submitted, any new applicants will be placed on a waitlist.
Eligible applicants will be contacted by the end of the week.
